What this site is
This website provides information about financial planning and management advisory for technology founders and operators. It is marketing information, not personal financial advice delivered to you through the page itself. A formal advisory relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement agreement.
Using the inquiry form
The contact form sends your details to our own form handler on this domain. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the form only to enquire about genuine advisory work. You must not submit data belonging to someone else without their permission.
Engagements
Engagements are advisory consultations and planning engagements. The scope, deliverables, and fee of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Plans and models we produce are based on the information and documents you provide; their usefulness depends on that information being accurate and current.
No guarantee of outcomes
Financial planning deals with future events that cannot be predicted with certainty. We do not guarantee any particular investment return, tax outcome, valuation, or business result. Our work is to plan and to clarify your options, not to warrant a specific outcome.
Fees and payment
Fees for each engagement are agreed up front in the engagement agreement. Unless the agreement states otherwise, invoices are due within the period set out in the invoice. Details about refunds are set out on our refund policy page.
Intellectual property
Content on this site — text, layout, and visual design — is owned by NodeVector Financial Planning Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission. Models and plans produced for you during an engagement are yours to keep for your own use, subject to the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you take on the basis of our advisory work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Thailand, unless we agree otherwise in writing in an engagement agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes take effect when posted on this page.
