Engagements

Advisory consultations and planning engagements.

We sell time and analysis, not software. Every engagement is a scoped piece of financial planning and management work for technology founders and operators — chosen to match where your company actually is.

What an engagement produces

Each engagement ends with a written plan and a working financial model you keep. The model is built around your real numbers — cap table, runway, remuneration, filings — and the plan flags the specific decisions in front of you, with the trade-offs of each one set out plainly. Nothing is generic; nothing is recycled from another company.

Plain-language output

Plans are written to be read, not filed. Each decision comes with a short explanation a founder can act on without a finance background.

Yours to keep

The model and the plan stay with you after the engagement ends. You can hand them to your accountant or auditor and they will recognise the structure.

Consultation

Single-issue consultation

A focused session on one decision in front of you — a raise, a remuneration change, a restructure — with a short written follow-up. Suited to founders who need a second opinion, not a full plan.

Scoped to one question · Fixed fee agreed up front

Planning engagement

Full planning engagement

The complete path: discovery, modelling, written plan, implementation support, and a quarterly review. For founders who want the financial side of the company handled coherently rather than reactively.

Five-step engagement · Quarterly review included

Retained advisory

Retained advisory

Ongoing access for operators who want planning support as the company moves — monthly check-ins, ad-hoc modelling, and a standing review of decisions before they are made. Available after a full engagement.

Monthly cadence · By arrangement
