What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us through the inquiry form on the contact page:

  • The role you select and the message you write, so we can prepare a relevant response.

We do not collect data silently. This website runs no analytics and no third-party tracking. There are no advertising pixels, no measurement scripts, and no third-party cookies loaded on this site.

We use the information you submit for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, arranging and delivering a planning engagement. The legal bases under the PDPA are:

  • Consent — you voluntarily submit the form with your details.
  • Contractual necessity — where you proceed with an engagement, we use your data to perform that advisory relationship.
  • Legitimate interests — limited internal administration such as replying to your message and keeping a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Where your data goes

Your inquiry is sent only to our own form handler on this same domain (NodeVector Financial Planning / nodevector.click). It is not sent to any third-party marketing platform, CRM, or email service provider as part of the website form. Where you later become a client, separate record-keeping may apply and is covered by the engagement agreement.

How long we keep your data

  • If you send an inquiry but no engagement follows, we keep the correspondence for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete it.
  • If an engagement goes ahead, we keep the records of that engagement for as long as required by Thai tax and accounting retention rules and for the duration of our professional relationship, plus the period afterwards that those rules require.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion where retention is no longer necessary or lawful.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai data protection authority if you believe your rights have been breached.
